It's amazing what we often stuff into our bodies in the mistaken belief that we are eating: "I don't know what refined coconut oil, smoke flavoring, cellulose, methylcellulose, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, or modified starch are, but I'll just swallow it after posting it on Instagram..." Apparently, this has to be the case because it's all so convenient and not everyone has a farmers' market on their doorstep, I can't afford anything else, and so on and so forth...
